B.Tech CIVIL ENGINEERING

The Department is proud to have a highly qualified experienced faculty with well equipped laboratories such as Surveying, Geotechnical, Environmental, Transport, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Concrete Technology etc, to help students assimilate the concepts holistically, hands-on.

The Civil Engineering dept facilitate the students to develop a full range of skills in design, analysis, fabrication, and management, teamwork, broadly trained and able to deal with the latest technologies. The growing panoply of sensors, instrumentation, intelligent facilities and new materials highlight the high-tech character of the discipline, creating new educational challenges and redefining the skill set that civil and environmental engineers need to succeed. On academic front, the department results are consistently good and students are getting Anna University Ranks. The department is also running post graduate course in Structural Engineering.
