The department also endeavors to inculcate in the students, the qualities of team spirit, leadership, communication skills and an aptitude for lifelong learning. This objective is achieved through the multidisciplinary projects wherein the students get hands-on experience of working with tools and machines. The department has state- of- the- art facilities in CAD/CAM/CAE and students are given extensive job-oriented training on the latest software like Solid Works, ANSYS, etc.The placement record of students has been consistently impressive.
